  4. Bet All Star members are responsible for the completion of all wagers. All wagers must be submitted then confirmed on the internet. All phone wagers must be understood and confirmed over the phone by repeating user identification number and/or password.
  5. Wagers over the company limit must be called in and confirmed by the manager on duty.
  6. All overtime periods or extra innings will count regarding total wagers. All overtime scoring will count towards second half total wagers.
  7. Bet All Star reserves the right to void any obvious bad line error within the sportsbook, in such cases the wager will be NO ACTION and you will be notified by e-mail. In cases where email address is unavailable or unknown phone contact may be necessary.
  8. Bet All Star reserves the right to void any obvious wagers not adhering to company wager limit policy unless proper verification has been given by the manager on duty before game time.
  9. All wagers will be accepted up to the starting time of the sporting event. The exception being Horse wagers which may be unavailable to bet up to five minutes before actual post time.
  10. Bets placed by credit, or debit card, do not become valid until the company has received payment. In the event that such payment is not forthcoming before the event bet on commences, then that bet is automatically void. All accounts must be funded properly prior to any wager to be accepted.
  11. All prices/lines are subject to variation and become fixed at the time a bet is placed.
  12. Any member utilizing multiple accounts to submit the same wager and forgo the company limit policy will not be tolerated and all wagers may be forfeited.
  13. We will not allow 4 team Teasers with only game totals in Pro and College Football. In a 4 team Teaser, 2 totals may be used with 2 sides. In a 3 team teaser 1 side may be used with 2 totals.
  14. We allow customers to place 2 team parlays side-to-side only up to $100 per play and 2 team reverses side-to-side only up to $100 per play. These wagers are going to be accepted ONLY on one side of the game/total. Any action placed on both sides of each game/total will be discredited.
  15. In Parlay or multiple betting NO multiple (parlay) bets can be accepted where individual legs are ‘connected’. For example, one leg of a parlay is for Sampras to beat Henman in the 4th round of Wimbledon and the second or additional part of the parlay is for Sampras to win the overall.
  16. In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections dead heating with the divided stake settled at full odds, remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The Dead Heat Rule only applies to Future Wagers. For example, if there is a 3 way tie for the Top Scorer in a Football game. Then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multiplying that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.

Note: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has 4 games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial 3 games.

Single Day match-ups do not include holes played as part of a completion from the previous day’s round or playoff holes considered part of the overall tournament score. All bets are void. If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the bet is considered a no action wager.

Soccer

  1. Betallstar reserves the right to delete any soccer parlay that is correlated with the goal line and total goals over in the same game or goal line and under total goals in the same game.
  2. This is the most basic of all bets. It involves betting on the outcome of a match in 90 minutes + injury time (i.e. 1st half and 2nd half), choosing whether the game will end in a home win, an away win or the draw. Extra time does not count in this case - as in many Cup matches, when goals scored in extra-time do not count for betting purposes. However, separate odds are often quoted for a team to go through to the next round (either through winning in extra-time, by penalties or by the golden goal) - these bets are usually termed “outright winner” bets, as opposed to “within 90 minutes winner” bets.
  3. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, Betallstar will delete all bets. Win or Lose
  4. Asian/Double Handicap:

    1. This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.

    2. For Example :

      Argentina
      -½ and -1, -108
      Brazil
      +½ and +1, +100

A client who bets $100 on Argentina actually has two sperate bets on Argentina: $50 on Argentina -½ at -108 and $50 on Argentina -1 at -108. Same apply for over and unders.

A client who bets $50 on Brazil actually has two separate bets on Brazil: $25 on Brazil +½ at +100 and $25 on Brazil +1 at +100.
    3. Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.
    4. Should there be a dispute over a proposition (examples include, but are not limited to: name of the first goalscorer, time of the goal) wagers will be settled and paid based on the reports of the sporting media.
    5. Wagers on the first half of a soccer match includes 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shalled be void and stakes returned.
    6. Wagers on the second half of a soccer match includes 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count towards the second half wagers.

Example: Suppose Real Madrid lead Barcelona 1-0 at half time and the odds on the second half are Barcelona -0.5. The -0.5 applies to the second half of play only. Therefore Barcelona bettors win if the teams score an equal number of goals in the second half, or if Real Madrid scores more goals in the second half than Barcelona scores in the second half.
    7. Bets on teams to quallify or to advance to the next round of a competition:

Bets are paid out on the referee's final whistle at the match's natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.

In a one-long match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, unplayability of the pitch, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body. Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiturre, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.

In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams 'to qualify' of 'to advance' are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant government body.
